Whole Green Olives are handpicked One by One , which is friendly for both the Olive Tree and the Olive itself.

Glass jars allow the consumer to have a full view of the product they are about to purchase. It helps our clients to check the olives before buying (we do provide samples so that our clients taste the olives first).

Our Green Olives in 370mL glass jar are produced using Organic processed olives. These are very high-quality table olives, that enjoyed almost 12 months of a generous Sun.

Olives eliminate excess cholesterol in the blood, control blood pressure, and they are a source of dietary fiber as an alternative to fruits and vegetables.

Olives are a great source of Vitamin E and they act as an antioxidant, protecting cells.

Green Olives play an important role in maintaining a healthy immune system, especially during oxidative stress and chronic viral diseases.

Most of our transforming process is made by hand, following the multi Millenium culture of harvesting and preparing Table Olives.

Different Uses of green olives:

1. Toss into pasta, rice and quinoa dishes.

2. Add to stuffings and dressings before baking.

3. Stir into tuna, chicken and crab salads.

4. Arrange on top of pizzas and flatbreads before baking, or add to bruschetta.

5. Fold into hummus and serve with fresh vegetables.

6. Stir into cottage cheese and spoon over baked potatoes.

7. Puree with light cream cheese for a fast cracker topping.
